The Bears now have four players on the reserve/COVID-19 list, including linebacker Caleb Johnson, who was also placed on the list Sunday. Linebacker Robert Quinn and tight end Jimmy Graham also have that designation and haven't been activated yet.

Without Wilkinson, the Bears will be down to their third option at right tackle against the Buccaneers. It's unclear who will be the starter, but Alex Bars and Lachavious Simmons are among the options in play to replace Wilkinson.

The Bears (3-3) and Buccaneers (5-1) kick off Sunday at 3:25 p.m. CT from Raymond James Stadium.
