LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- The Bears are down two starters on defense as they prepare to play the Browns on Sunday.
Bears defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (illness/knee) and safety Tashaun Gipson (hamstring) didn't practice Thursday. Both players have suffered apparent setbacks, with Hicks adding the knee issue to his injury designation and Gipson not practicing after working in a limited fashion Wednesday. Quarterback Andy Dalton (knee) was held out once again.

Final injury designations will be issued Friday afternoon ahead of the game in Cleveland on Sunday.
Nose tackle Eddie Goldman (knee) practiced for a second straight day in a limited role. Receiver Darnell Mooney (groin) was also limited in his work, while pass rusher Jeremiah Attaochu (hamstring) didn't practice.

Browns star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) was listed as a full participant in practice for a second straight day, another step forward toward playing Sunday. Quarterback Baker Mayfield (left shoulder) also practiced in full.
Kickoff between the Bears (1-1) and Browns (1-1) comes at noon CT Sunday from FirstEnergy Stadium.
