United Center will require proof of full vaccination for fans to attend Bulls, Blackhawks games

(670 The Score) Beginning Jan. 3 as part of an updated city health order, the United Center will require proof of full vaccination for all fans 5 and older who are attending Bulls and Blackhawks games.

Additionally, fans 16 and older need to provide identification that matches their vaccination record. The city’s mask mandate also remains in effect for all public indoor settings.

A COVID-19 vaccination card or official immunization record or a digital or physical photo of such a card or record that reflects the person’s name, vaccine brand and date administered are acceptable forms of proof.

Previously, the United Center had required proof of vaccination or a negative test to gain entry.
