Desmond Bane said he's been here before. Only worse. After Memphis' 125-110 loss to Dallas at FedExForum Monday night Bane told reports, "We've lost seven in a row, eight in a row, never at the beginning of the season, so it doesn't get as much publicity...adversity when in it always seems like a bad thing, but once you get through it, you become stronger."
Certainly getting Santi Aldama and presumably Luke Kennard back for Wednesday or Friday's Grizzlies matchups might help these depleted Grizzlies. Memphis couldn't stop Luka Doncic (35, 12, and 12) or even Derrick Jones Jr. who scored 22 points.
