It never really seemed like the Memphis Grizzlies would select at #22 or #29 in their original scheduled slots in this first round of the 2022 NBA Draft. But two picks is apparently what the Grizzlies ultimately made via the #19 Timberwolves pick and the #23 76ers pick. Jake LaRavia was first up at #19:
At #23 the Grizzlies pick moved to David Roddy, with DeAnthony Melton moving on to the 76ers as part of the deal. Sure the Grizzlies also will receive injured Danny Green as part of the deal.
