Wednesday night (3/5) at FedExForum, the Memphis Grizzlies suffered a 120-103 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 41 points on 14-of-25 shooting, adding eight assists. Jalen Williams contributed 20 points and nine assists, while Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Hartenstein added 16 and 10 points, respectively, with Hartenstein also grabbing 15 rebounds.
The Thunder secured their fifth consecutive win and eighth straight victory over the Grizzlies. For Memphis, Ja Morant returned from a shoulder contusion to lead with 24 points and six assists. Desmond Bane and Brandon Clarke added 15 and 13 points, respectively. The Grizzlies struggled without All-Star forward Jaren Jackson Jr., who sat out due to a left ankle sprain, leading to their fourth consecutive loss and a 1-4 finish in their longest homestand of the season.
