Memphis Football backup quarterback Tevin Carter, who arrived at the University of Memphis as a 3-star prospect out of PURE Youth in Memphis, has entered the transfer portal.
Carter was stuck behind prolilfic Memphis starter Seth Henigan, who is expected to return again next season. As Carter points out, he'll have 3-years of eligibility left at his next stop.
