The Memphis Grizzlies fell 139–136 in overtime to the Philadelphia 76ers in a thrilling night at FedExForum. After a tightly contested game, VJ Edgecombe hit a clutch 3-pointer with under 3 seconds left in OT to lift the Sixers past Memphis.

The Grizzlies were led by Ja Morant’s 40 points, including six in the extra period, and Cedric Coward’s career-high 28 points and 16 rebounds. Memphis rallied late in regulation, highlighted by a four-point play from Jaren Jackson Jr. and critical baskets from Morant to force overtime.

Philadelphia got big nights from Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid, who each scored 34 points, helping snap the Sixers’ three-game skid. Despite Memphis’ strong effort and a late comeback in OT, Coward’s last-second three to tie it fell short.
