Deion Sanders didn't like the contract Jackson State had with the Memphis Southern Heritage Classic presented by FedEx. Now, the Jackson State era in Memphis has ended, at least for the time being. On Wednesday (12/7) Fred Jones and the Southern Heritage Classic presented by FedEx announced that Jackson State will be replaced by HBCU Arkansas-Pine Bluff in the signature game in Memphis in 2023 and 2024, taking on Tennessee State at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
