As the Atlanta Braves continue to search for answers to help get their season on track, on Monday they announced the reassigning of third base coach, Matt Tuiasosopo, to Triple A Gwinnett and bringing back former team manager, Fredi Gonzalez, to replace him in order to help address issues the team has had with base running.

However, while Atlanta's move shows the team is willing to make the necessary changes to overcome their challenges, Atlanta Braves play-by-play announcer for FanDuel Sports Network, Brandon Gaudin, believes the Braves still have to figure out how to adjust at the plate when "the long ball" is not there.

"You can't just sit here and when a team is not hitting homeruns say 'well we were built to hit homeruns and we're not doing it,' well then you have to make an adjustment right?" Gaudin said as he joined 92-9 The Game's Carl Dukes and Mike Bell on Tuesday to share his thoughts on Atlanta's offensive struggles.

As Gaudin continued, he highlighted the fact that players such as Nick Allen and Eli White are key "small ball" players for the Braves, however others such as Michael Harris need to alter their at bats in order to get on base. "Maybe you just have to start to find ways to manufacture runs until some of that slug starts to come," Gaudin said.
