Since the Atlanta Hawks hired Quin Snyder and continuing through the end of the season there has been an unofficial evaluation period ongoing with the potential of some decisions being made towards what moves to make in the offseason.

92.9 The Game Atlanta Hawks Reporter Caleb Johnson feels that one guys has already stood out and may be given more responsibilities in future seasons.

"I definitely think (Saddiq Bey) is a long term plan for the Atlanta Hawks. My theory about the direction of this team is that Saddiq Bey could potentially slide into the starting lineup depending on the kind of moves this team makes in the offseason," says Caleb Johnson. "Saddiq Bey definitely feels like he's here to stay, he's been a guy who's been able to provide a consistent three-point shot, I do think he is a long-term goal."

In 9 games since joining the Atlanta Hawks Saddiq Bey has averaged 11 points, just over 4 rebounds, and is shooting 46% from beyond 3.
