On Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs will look to pick up their sixth straight win, coming off their most dominant performance of the season after defeating Mississippi State this past Saturday 41-21, when they host the Texas Longhorns, who some believe are in a must win situation in order to stay in contention for a College Football Playoff berth.
And while the Bulldogs are a six and a half point favorite in Saturday's SEC showdown, a loss for Georgia could result on being on the CFP fence and needing help along the way to reach the postseason, and on Thursday, Dawg Nation's, Mike Griffith shared his thoughts Gunner Stockton and which aspect of his play will be key for a win Saturday.
"This is probably a good a front seven as they're going to see, they're second in the nation against the run," Griffith said as joined 92-9 The Game's Carl Dukes and Mike Bell to preview Saturday's matchup and explained why he believes the Texas defensive front will test Stockton.
"This is where Gunner's [Stockton] decision making, RPO's, options, you're going to see him have to make some quick decisions, make some reads on the fly and you're going to have to see him throw it down field because Texas is going to pressure you to do that," Griffith said.
