Pickens ran a 4.47-second 40-yard dash, 33-inch vertical jump and registered 10 feet, 5 inches in the broad jump.

Did Pickens do enough to earn himself a Day 1 selection in the 2022 NFL Draft?

"If you're going to take a wide receiver at Pick 18, George Pickens would be my guy," Emory Hunt of CBS Sports HQ told the Midday Show. "He has that dog mentality. He has that dog in him. He lays out for passes. He has good football savvy. He's someone when you watch you say 'man this dude's played a lot of football growing up...He just knows little things about the game."

"He, too me, is a bona fide No. 1 receiver...Pickens may be the one surprise that's going to go in the first round."

Pickens suffered a torn ACL during Bulldogs' spring training drills back in March of 2021. He was able to get back to the field in Georgia's final regular season game as well as the SEC Championship and National Championship games.
