In their first meeting, a 30-15 UGA win in Austin, TX, the Georgia Bulldogs handed Texas one of the worst home losses a #1 team has even had, but as they prepare for a rematch in the SEC Championship Game, the Longhorns are confident that they are better than they were on October 19.
Georgia sacked the Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning 7 times and forced 4 turnovers. Ewers has cleaned up his turnover issues in recent weeks and the Longhorns have also seen Quintrevion Wisner become a dependable back, although UGA limited him to just 52 yards in the first meeting.
The good news for Georgia is that Carson Beck has also cleaned up his game. Texas is going to adjust from what worked and didn't work in their initial matchup and Georgia needs to be prepared.
