Despite Stetson Bennett playing mediocre and throwing 2 INTs, Georgia beat Kentucky 14-3 on Saturday. If UGA plays like that against Florida next week, Florida will win by double digits.
Georgia opened the game running the ball 12 straight times and scored a touchdown. Stetson Bennett, who ended the game 9 for 13 for 131 yards and two INTs, had his second straight bad game despite UGA not wanting to throw the football.
Coach Kirby Smart said after the game that he never thought about changing QBs. Apparently, Smart is fine with mediocre.
UGA fans deserve better than what Kirby and the coaching staff are giving them. Why after top-5 after top-5 recruiting classes is UGA stuck with Stetson Bennett? That's on the coaching staff for not replacing five-star quarterbacks lost to transfers with other five-star quarterbacks.
Willie P talks about UGA squeaking by Kentucky and why Stetson Bennet isn't the guy for UGA.
