7A – For the third straight week, only four teams of the top six were in action as No. 1 Collins Hill, No. 2 Mill Creek, No. 3 Colquitt Co. and No. 5 North Cobb were all winners in their match ups. Both No. 4 Milton and No. 6 Roswell were on a bye week last week but the two will square off in a region match up this week.

6A – Two teams in the 6A “Pick-6” rankings were off as No. 4 Langston Hughes and No. 6 Carrollton were both on a bye week last week. The remaining four teams were in action and all four were winners so there were no changes in the 6A rankings as No. 1 Buford remains at the top of the mountain.

5A – All six teams of the 5A “Pick-6” rankings were in action and only one of them walked away with a loss and that was Warner Robins, who suffered their first loss of the season when they fell to Ware County 29-21. With the loss, Warner Robins dropped from No. 1 to No. 3 and Ware County jumping up to No. 1. Cartersville moves into the No. 2 position and No. 4 Coffee, No. 5 Creekside and No. 6 Woodward Academy all remain in their same positions.

4A – Five of the six 4A “Pick-6” teams were in action last week as No. 1 Jeffereson was on a bye week. Of the five teams in action, only Stephenson, who was last week’s No. 6 team, suffered a loss, their second in a row and of the season, thus dropping them from the top six teams. Back in the top six at No. 6 is Cedartown, who improved to 6-1 after their 50-6 win over Ridgeland.

3A – All but one of the top six teams in 3A were in action as No. 1 Oconee County was on a bye week. The remaining five teams were all winners in their match ups, therefore no changes took place in the 3A “Pick-6”

2A – It was a flawless week for the 2A “Pick-6” as all six teams were winners in their match ups so changes took place in the 2A rankings.

1A Public – Three of the six teams of 1A Public were in action last week, as No. 1 Macon County, No. 2 Metter and No.
6 Chattahoochee County were all winners last week. No. 3 Irwin, No. 4 Bowdon and No. 5 Washington-Wilkes were all on a bye week last week.

1A Private – The 1A Private “Pick-6” rankings saw no changes coming into the week as both No. 1 Trinity Christian and No. 5 Holy Innocents were both on a bye week and the remaining four teams all picked up wins in their match ups last week.
