PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - During his
season-ending press conference, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said he was leaving the door open for possible coaching changes, but it doesn’t appear the offensive coordinator is going to be one of them.
According to a report from ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, The Steelers will keep Randy Fichtner.
“Signs point to Steelers retaining OC Randy Fichtner. He still has another year on his contract, the team hasn't indicated any change internally and Fichtner is close with Ben Roethlisberger.”

January 6, 2020 Fichtner has been the Steelers OC since 2018.
He has been with the Steelers since 2007 when he was hired as the wide receivers coach.
Fichtner then became the quarterbacks coach from 2010 until being named offensive coordinator.
