Mlodzinski was visibly upset after being moved to the bullpen and said that he was still talking to his agency about the next steps in the situation. He was reportedly “not ready to pitch” before being placed on the restricted list prior to yesterday’s game. Mullsy thinks that this is a form of protest from Carmen.
