Some called it the “race of the century.”

Actually, no one did, but it was still entertaining. The Fan Morning Show’s Dorin Dickerson has been challenged by Going Low Golf Show host Cale Berger for what seems to be years in various competitions.

One of those challenges was that Cale thought he could beat Dorin in the 40-yard-dash,

Keep in mind, Dickerson ran a 4.4 40 during the 2010 NFL Combine, an insane time.

But Cale kept running his mouth, so with the help of Montucky Cold Snacks, the two faced off Thursday at Bulldog Pub in Morningside.

Cale was taken down by Dorin, who finished with at 4.8 seconds. Cale finished at 5.0.

Dickerson wasn’t a gracious winner the next day on The Fan Morning Show.

“You called me out, you said you could beat me in a race, you said I’m old, you said I don’t run as fast as I used to,” said Dickerson. “I blew out my hip, I blew out my hamstring and I still beat your ass.”

To be fair, Cale was asking for it.

The video does show Dorin dealing with some sort of injury and says he wouldn’t beaten Cale even worse if he didn’t get hurt.
