James Harden was seen in a video with French police on Thursday afternoon, but the Brooklyn Nets star was detained, not arrested nor taken into custody, according to an ESPN report.
Harden, who is in Paris for Fashion Week and has been reportedly seen with Kanye West and Lil’ Baby, was on the street when a car was stopped by police due to the smell of cannabis.
Harden attempted to intervene, which is why he was detained by the police but was eventually let go.
Three people were reportedly arrested during the stop, including Lil’ Baby, and taken to a Paris police station after 20 grams of cannabis was found in the car, per ESPN.
