Former Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Joe Musgrove’s Lawrenceville condo is on the market.
The condo, located at 5267 Holmes Street 405, is one of the largest in the McCleary School Condominiums, build in 2016.
The building was originally built in 1900 and was used by Pittsburgh Public Schools until the 2011-12 year. It was sold and transformed into modern condos.

The space has a great view of Downtown Pittsburgh and Piatt|Sotheby’s sales professional Kaedi Knepshield describes the condo in detail:
Soaring ceilings and neutral colors allow the views to take center stage of this showpiece of a property. Granite counters, subway tile backsplash, pot filler, and stainless steel appliances create the perfect entertainer's kitchen.
Guests will be in awe of the wall of windows around the dining room. A large private outdoor space allows you to take in the night air while admiring the city views.
The master suite boasts a walk-in closet, spacious secondary closet, and master bath with tiled shower and dual sink vanity. A spacious second bedroom works as a perfect guest room and the third bedroom works as a yoga space or home office.
The second full bath features a tiled tub surround and large vanity.
Truly a remarkable home.

Knepshield adds there is a gym in the complex, as well as laundry and a dog washing area.
There is also a building rooftop deck, but Musgrove's condo has the largest outdoor space in the building
The complex also has covered off-street parking and bike storage.
Musgrove told the Post-Gazette he still loves Pittsburgh and that the neighbors around him were great.
“The people in the community were really cool. They made it more comfortable for me,” Musgrove said. “Sometimes, people can be after you for autographs or want their friends to meet you. These people treated me extremely normal.”

Musgrove was traded to his hometown San Diego Padres in the offseason.
He’s currently 4-4 with a 2.08 ERA.
Back in April, Musgrove threw the Padres first no-hitter in history.
The Padres are currently 1.0 game out of first place in the National League West.
