Blake Griffin was the king of posterizing jams in the first half in his career, but as we enter the 2020s, he's becoming the king of a new domain. Less crazy dunks, and more crazy cribs.

According to James McClain of Variety's Dirt.com, the six-time All-Star added a $19 million compound in the Brentwood neighborhood of Western L.A earlier in 2020. Though McClain adds that there are barely any details or photographs available of the home due to the fact that it never hit the open market, Claudine Zap of Realtor.com added that, in addition to this huge purchase, Griffin has also landed a near $6 million mansion adjacent to the compound. Zap suggests this may mean he "may be inclined to combine the two parcels to put together a compound on more than one acre."

And we know the details of this one, thanks to Zap and Fang Block of Mansion Global:

- Upscale kitchen made with Brazilian granite, custom cabinets, a Viking range and a Sub-Zero fridge
- Fireplaces in living room and upstairs master suite, which contains three walk-in closets
- Media room and billiard room with large stained-glass window adjacent to living room
- Private outside terrace with covered seating and fire place for exquisite dining
- A home gym, a wine cellar, and a guest suite with its own patio
- A pool with spa

The property was listed by Jordana Leigh of Rodeo Realty, and Griffin was represented by agents Ron Smith and David Berg of Compass, according to both Zap and Block.

Unfortunately, we don't know much about the bigger, badder, $19 million purchase, though McClain notes that the house was recently in a Stella Artois commercial that Griffin filmed. McClain describes what the commercial showed with the following:

"...fleeting glimpses of the property reveal that the modern farmhouse-style new build has an open kitchen and family area filled with warm, honey-colored hardwoods, plus a two-story detached guesthouse overlooking a woodsy backyard area. There’s also a negative-edge swimming pool with an inset spa, per aerial images and permits."

His other residences include a house in Pacific Palisades, one which Griffin purchased for $9 million in 2014 and placed on the market for $11 million — nice extra chunk of change there, eh — in addition to a $4 million "modern farmhouse-style residence in Manhattan Beach" and a $2.3 million Studio City residence, per McClain. Both of these spots are occupied by other members of Griffin's life — ex-partner Brynn Cameron lives in the Manhattan Beach home, while Blake's brother Taylor settled into the latter.

Though Griffin has played in Detroit since 2018, it doesn't seem to have stolen Griffin's heart like the other spots, all of which combine to give him a total real estate portfolio that is "conservatively valued" at over $40 million. Add this to the fact that Griffin is set to make $36.8 million in 2020-21 and has a player option for next season at $38.9 million that he will almost certainly opt into, and you could be looking at some more sick houses coming in the future.
