Do you think you have what it takes to be on the ice at PPG Paints Arena during a Penguins game?
No, not as Sidney Crosby's line mate, but as a member of the Penguins Ice Crew.
Preliminary auditions will take place on July 31 at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township.
Those interested in auditioning must complete and online application before July 26. Walk up applications will not be accepted.
Those that pique the interest of the Pens will be called back for a semi-final audition at PPG Paints Arena on August 4. That will be followed by a final audition on August 8 back at the Cranberry facility.
Members of the Ice Crew clean the ice during TV timeouts as well as taking part in community and charity events across the region.
