According to 93.7 The Fan's Andrew Fillipponi, at least 18 former Pirates are in the MLB playoffs on other teams this postseason.

In game one of the Phillies/Cardinals Wild Card series, Jose Quintana pitched 5.1 innings, only giving up two hits, no runs. He struck out three and walked one over 75 pitches.


Other former Pirates playing for the Cardinals are pitcher Chris Stratton and outfielder Corey Dickerson.
