PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – It's a practice report to probably not read too much into as the team had only one practice before the Browns game Thursday night, although there looks to be a chance to get one or two injured players back.

Tight end MyCole Pruitt went through a full practice on Tuesday. He missed Sunday with a knee injury that has been bothering him for some time. Also back full is corner Cory Trice (hamstring) who continues to attempt to work back from Injured Reserve.

Don't look for Alex Highsmith on Thursday, although he had kind of been ruled out previously. He did not practice as he deals with an ankle injury. He missed last week after hurting the ankle late in the Washington game.

Several veterans are listed on the injury report as having rest days, but will play. They include-Najee Harris, TJ Watt, Isaac Seumalo, Cam Heyward and Larry Ogunjobi.

You'll see Heyward as part of the practice report every week as he said it's part of the plan Mike Tomlin has prescribed for him. He said he feels good and said Tomlin calls him 'the captain of the swim team' because he's working so much with water therapy.

Heyward says he trusts the process and it's brought pretty good results.
