Cam Heyward says a post harshly criticizing coach Mike Tomlin that he retweeted on Twitter Monday as a mistake, saying it was a "butt retweet".
The tweet in question was a self-described "Pittsburgh Fan" responding to former Steeler Ryan Clark who said He would only want quarterback Kenny Pickett on his 2008 team.
" BS…I can't stand Tomlin, and he's a Fraud and Clown that's been carried by Ben his ENTIRE career…However….Cam Heyward was running 30 yards downfield (again) to make tackles that the LB's wouldn't make…Shut up Ryan," the tweet from Disco1981 read.
Heyward responded saying.
He also followed up with another tweet.
It seems weird that someone would be able to retweet with their rear end or accidently do it, but Heyward is the classiest member of the team.
He's a multiple Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee, had done countless positive things for the community and so much more.
The Steelers defensive captain has built himself a lot of respect over the past decade plus he has been here and has always been behind his team and coach.
This has to be a simple accident on Heyward's part.
