PITTSBURGH (93.7 the Fan) There is still a lot of offseason ahead of the Steelers but no one can stop talking about who the next quarterback will be following the departure of Ben Roethlisberger.
No one around the Steelers can escape the question of who will take over under center following Big Ben's departure, and everyone seems to have a different answer.
While not directly asked about who the next quarterback will be, JuJu Smith-Schuster has sort of given his thoughts on the future.
Via TikTok, because of course it was TikTok, JuJu posted a video of Mason Rudolph running the ball against the Kansas City.
JuJu captioned the video "Who will be the next QB for the Pittsburgh Steelers?"
With all the possible quarterback options available for the Steelers, JuJu has seemingly thrown his hat in the Rudolph ring.
Nothing is certain, and nothing will be certain until kick off of the 2022 NFL season, but everyone has began taking their sides.
Not only is Rudolph not guaranteed, neither is JuJu.
Currently without a contract with the Steelers, Smith-Schuster has hinted at the option of joining the Dallas Cowboys.
