It's hard to believe it's been 15 years since the Steelers last Super Bowl title, but 2008 was the year.

The year of 50+ sacks.

The year of James Harrison & LaMarr Woodley combining for 27.5 sacks.

The year of an epic AFC Championship Game between the Steelers and Ravens at Heinz Field, punctuated by Ryan CLark's thundering hit on Willis McGahee and Troy Polamalu's game-clinching pick-six.

The year of Harrison's 100-yard interception return in Super Bowl XLIII, Larry Fitzgerald's go-ahead 64-yard TD catch & run, and the amazing final drive orchestrated by Ben Roethlisberger and finished off by Santonio Holmes' end zone toe-tap.

It's also one of just four years in Steelers' franchise history where they had the #1 ranked defense in the NFL in both Yards Allowed and Points Allowed.

And it's the origin story of a group text that still exists between teammates to this day.

In Episode 1 of "Oh Momma: The Story of the 2008 Black & Gold Defense, brought to you by South HIlls Kia," the mastermind behind the zone blitz that drove so much success for the Steelers in the early 2000s, Dick LeBeau, is featured.

Hear about his background growing up near Columbus, winning a National Championship at Ohio State, getting cut(!!) by the Cleveland Browns, catching on to have a legendary career in Detroit, and how what he learned as a player contributed to his coaching strategies in both Cincinnati, and of course, Pittsburgh.
