The Steelers, Ravens game is officially a go, but Pittsburgh is adding another name to its COVID list.
According to a report, Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey is going on the team’s Reserve COVID-19 list before the game against the Ravens Wednesday afternoon.
That will rule Pouncey out for the game. J.C. Hassenauer will replace him.
NFL PR spokesperson Brian McCarthy confirmed the game happening in a Tweet Wednesday afternoon.
The Steelers coaching staff will be at full capacity when they take the field to play the Baltimore Ravens.
Special Team’s Coordinator Danny Smith was cleared Wednesday morning and will be on the sidelines
Along with Pouncey, running back James Conner will be out and defensive end Stephon Tuitt is likely to miss.
The Steelers elevated running back Wendell Smallwood and linebacker Anthony Coyle to the roster from the practice squad as replacements.
According to reports, The Ravens did not have any positive tests today per reports.
