TJ Watt working way back in practice

Steelers captain was limited, rest of injury report

PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Mike Tomlin said on Monday he was optimistic about captain TJ Watt playing Saturday. On Wednesday he was able to go through a limited practice.

Watt was injured late in the loss in Philadelphia, suffering what is believed to be a lower ankle injury. Also returning to limited work was defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi who missed the Eagles game with a groin injury.

Still unable to practice fully based on injuries

·      WR George Pickens (hamstring)

·      S DeShon Elliott (hamstring)

·      CB Donte Jackson (back)

·      QB Justin Fields (abdominal)

The following players did not practice for a rest day

·      DL Cam Heyward

·      LB Elandon Roberts

Linebacker Patrick Queen did not practice on Tuesday for rest and returned full on Wednesday. Steelers have one more practice before leaving for Baltimore on Friday.
