Steelers running back coach Eddie Faulkner is always coming up with unique drills for his RBs to go through.
One was so interesting, even Head Coach Mike Tomlin got in on the act on Wednesday and it was caught by ESPN’s Brooke Pryor.
The Players lined up in two lines while another stood at the end. Faulkner then threw a pass while the other players put out their hands to simulate high traffic in an exercise to keep the players focused on the ball.
Tomlin stood at the front of the line and put his hands out with each pass.
Each player caught two passes and then got back in line while another went.
On Tuesday, the running backs worked on catching a pass while getting hit with a foam battering ram.
