Grand Master: ‘Harry’ Callas can become the Kenny Pickett of Taekwondo

Fan producer Nicholas “Harry” Callas was interested in Taekwondo after doing a piece for a television station in Bethel Park.

On Thursday, Andrew Fillipponi posted a video clip of Callas breaking a board.

He’s now taking private lessons with Grand Master Robert Zang, a 9th degree black belt, the highest rank you can achieve in Taekwondo.

He has been teaching at Zang TKD since 1995 and believes Callas is a “diamond”.

“You watch, maybe we’ll have him do a presentation in the future,” said Zang.

He took it one step further and said he thinks “Harry” could be the Kenny Pickett of the Taekwondo world.

Zang said “Harry” is athletic, has discipline and is a good team player.

2nd degree black belt and 93.7 The Fan.com writer Andrew Limberg said Zang saying that would be like Michael Jordan telling someone he thinks they can be a superstar someday.
