A starting defensive back for the Steelers next opponent has been arrested.
TMZ Sports reports Rams cornerback Derion Kendrick was arrested early Monday morning after Los Angeles beat the Arizona Cardinals 26-9.
Kendrick was pulled over before 2 a.m. for a traffic violation, when he was stopped, police found a gun in the car he was driving.
TMZ reports Kendrick was booked on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
Taken by the Rams in the 6th round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Kendrick has started in every game for L.A. this season.
He has 25 tackles so far including three passes defended.
He had two tackles in the Rams win on Sunday.
