How do you celebrate Valentine's Day? Is there a sweetie in your life who'd love to be wooed and wowed with a romantic dinner?

You're probably not planning a big night out at a fancy restaurant, although some fancy restaurants are indeed doing indoor dining now that our state has moved to a new phase.

But a romantic dinner at home? This year, that's the ticket. You'd probably earn extra points if you prepared a Valentine's feast yourself, but for a lot of us, just walking in the door with a beautiful meal prepared by pros is probably the way to go, just to be safe.

Luckily, there are great choices around here for Valentine's dinner to go. So light some candles, open some wine, and place your order. (In some cases, you should place your order now so you don't miss out.) Start with the spots on these lists:

I'm getting hungry already.

9 Seattle-area takeout options for a fancy at-home Valentine's Day feast is a piece in the Seattle Times that spotlights what looks like an epic meal from Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi in Bellevue. It's a four-course meal that includes your choice of entree: "Filet mignon and lobster ravioli, king salmon Wellington and cauliflower, or pistachio-crusted lamb and scallops, with sides." This one's pricey; let's just say each meal's tab starts with a "2". (But hey, these are dinners for two.)
