Tom DeLonge led a stadium-sized sing-a-long in San Diego for the MLB Playoffs

During Tuesday night’s NLDS playoff game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres, hometown hero Tom DeLonge of blink-182 led the crowd at Petco Park in a rally singing his band's classic "All The Small Things" with the entire stadium.

The blink-182 frontman and over 40,000 fans were on hand to see their beloved Padres leave with a 6-5 win, taking a 2-1 series lead in their bid for this year's World Series. As you can see from the photos below, DeLonge received a hero's welcome as he sang along with the already amped-up attendees.

"SAY IT AIN'T SO, I WILL NOT GO... TURN THE LIGHTS OFF, CARRY ME HOME" the crowd screamed in unison as Tom walked the stands with a microphone and personalized Padres jersey, giving the Friar Faithful a jolt of energy towards the end of the game. Take a look at the awesome clip below.

It's these little surprises that let us know he cares; DeLonge, a long-time Padres fan, returned this week after throwing out the first pitch for the team earlier in the playoffs.
