On or about 7:00pm, December 30, 2025, one (1) winner will be randomly selected, and upon verification of eligibility, will be awarded (i) two (2) tickets to see New Year's Eve with The Roots at Walt Disney Concert Hall at 10:30pm on December 31, 2025; (ii) an overnight stay at The Biltmore Los Angeles, December 31, 2025 - January 1, 2026 (Hotel guest room accommodations for winner and guest, double occupancy); iii) a $200 American Express E-Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $800.00, courtesy of LA Phil & Audacy California, LLC. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address.
