The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize(s) is $10,000.00, courtesy of Signature Cruise Experiences and Audacy California, LLC.

Air and/or ground transportation to the cruise ship port is NOT INCLUDED in this prize. Winner will be solely responsible for transportation to the cruise ship and any associated expense of such. Included in the cruise package: all performances, interviews, parties and events presented on the cruise (This does not include any special Artist-Hosted Events, excursions which require sign-up and/or a fee or Private Parties.); all meals (“Included Dining” features breakfast, lunch, dinner and

snacks in the Ocean View Café and dinners in The Metropolitan Dining Room as well as late-night mini buffets throughout the ship.); non-bottled beverages (i.e. coffee, juices, tea) are provided without charge; certain recreation facilities; and full-service room cleaning. Not included in the cruise package: Air and/or ground transportation to the starting port; ground transportation in ports-of-call; pre- and post-cruise lodging; dining in Specialty Restaurants (There is an upcharge for dining in those restaurants.); personal expenditures and purchases such as photos, souvenirs, excursions, spa services, personal training; gambling; carbonated & alcoholic beverages, bottled water, specialty coffees & teas, fresh-squeezed juice & smoothies; 24-hour room service ($9.95 service charge); travel insurance. Winner will receive booking instructions from Station once required paperwork is completed and returned to Station. Winner must choose and book their cruise with Signature Cruise Experiences by no later than November 30, 2025. This deadline cannot be extended. Winner’s failure to book the cruise before the deadline will constitute their forfeiture of the prize. Winner and their one (1) guest are responsible for procuring any necessary travel documents in time for travel. No changes are allowed once the winner has booked their cruise. This prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.  Otherwise, KTWV-FM's general rules apply and are available by clicking HERE.
