For the Web Contest: Online – Sting in Las Vegas, to enter, from June 20, 2022 at approximately 12:00am PT through July 10, 2022 at approximately 11:59pm PT, visit audacy.com/947thewave/contests, click on this contest's link, and completely fill out the online entry form with the required information which may include, without limitation, your name, zip code, phone number, email address, and click the submit button. Entrants may enter an unlimited amount of times. Entrants may receive one (1) or more bonus entries by completing one (1) or more of the following actions:

a. Follow the instructions on the contest entry page to share a unique contest entry URL with your friends. You will receive one (1) bonus entry for every valid entry received for this contest using the unique URL provided on your entry form. No bonus entries will be received if a friend enters the contest using any method other than the unique URL designated on your entry form. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries via this method of bonus entries.

b. Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow 94.7 The Wave” on Twitter button on the online entry page.

c. Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow 94.7 The Wave” on Instagram button on the online entry page.

d. Entrants will receive three (3) bonus entries if they click the “Download the Audacy App” button on the online entry page.

e. Entrants will receive five (5) bonus entries if they click the “Listen Now” button on the online entry page.

f. Station is not responsible for verifying any of the above actions, other than entrant clicking the designated buttons.

On or about July 11, 2022, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, will be awarded i) a 2-night stay at Flamingo Hotel & Casino (Hotel guest room accommodations for winner and guest, double occupancy); ii) a pair of tickets to see Sting at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace between April 1 - 9, 2023; and iii) a $100 debit gift card for travel expenses. Ground transportation and gratuities are not included. Hotel guest must present a major credit card at check-in to guarantee hotel charges not included in this prize. Both the Winner and their one (1) guest must be TWENTY-ONE (21) years of age or older. Winner’s guest may be required to sign one or more liability release agreements before being authorized by to be allowed to participate as winner’s guest on a trip. WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL AND TO COVER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES. Winner and their guest will be solely responsible for all ground transportation, for the purchase of any items of a purely personal nature, for the payment of any incidental expenses, and for the payment of any taxes, charges, and/or fees. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize(s) is $600.00, courtesy of Live Nation. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address.
