Hello, salad season!
You are finally here. Light, lean, and clean eating is what you are all about. But a healthy salad is only as healthy as its salad dressing. My Frenchy Vinaigrette won’t bathe your salad in fat and calories – just good taste that’s a little sweet, a little savory, a little smokey, and a whole lot of palate-pleasing flavor. And this Frenchy Vinaigrette does a bit more. It’s a fantastic marinade for chicken breasts and shrimp.
So take a listen as I step you through how to make this ridiculously easy and delicious vinaigrette dressing. And for your ears only, listen closely for the amazing and amusing food hack I mention in the audio. It’s a good one.
To your health!

Directions
To a bowl, add all ingredients except extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper and chipotle chili pepper.
Mix well with a whisk. Slowly whisk in extra-virgin olive oil until well incorporated and emulsified.
Add black pepper and chipotle chili pepper to taste. Drizzle over your favorite salad or use the dressing to toss into salad.
