Officers were sent to the home in the 9300 block of Bolton Road around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, where two suspects entered the home by smashing a glass door before taking unspecified property, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

At least two suspects entered the home while another waited in a getaway car described only as a black sedan last seen heading east, an officer said, citing preliminary findings.

He said the case was being investigated as "a burglary/hot prowl."

The 911 call was made by a woman hiding in a bathroom at the home, according to media reports that indicated another home on the same block was burglarized over the weekend.
