A tribute to Taylor Swift turns into an unforgivable debacle
Selena Gomez is "beyond proud" of her boyfriend Benny Blanco, especially as he's featured in "PEOPLE's 2024 Sexiest Man Alive" issue. Speaking to "CBS Sunday Morning," Gomez gushed, "That's my man!" and shared how much Blanco means to her, saying, "He deeply cares about every tiny detail of who I am, supports me, inspires me, and more than anything, he's my best friend. I'm really, really lucky." She even went so far as to call him the "love of my life," saying, "I have a true best friend, and every day is the best day of my life."
Billboard has issued an apology to Taylor Swift after mistakenly including a clip of her naked wax figure from Kanye West's controversial 2016 music video "Famous" in a montage celebrating her as the No. 2 Greatest Pop Star of the 21st century. The clip has been removed, but Billboard knows they'll get backlash from Swifties… since they did not name her #1. That person will be named tomorrow.
On "The Kelly Clarkson Show," Kelly's 8-year-old son, Remy, treated the crowd to his rendition of Frank Sinatra's "My Way." His 10-year-old sister, River Rose Blackstock, cheered him on from the audience.
As his "Moana 2" broke some records in its opening weekend, Maui himself - Dwayne Johnson - spent part of his Thanksgiving weekend visiting with troops in Hawaii. The Rock visited Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on Oahu on Saturday to boost troop morale and put a smile on families' faces. He posted some pics of the event on socials and shared, "Boundlessly grateful to all our military men and women & their families for their service."
Eddie Murphy's son and Martin Lawrence's daughter are engaged, two families of comedy legends are becoming one. The two got engaged over Thanksgiving. Eddie and Martin have history, doing two movies together; "Boomerang" in 1992 and "Life" in 1999. Jasmin credits their families already being connected with helping her relationship with Eric become as strong as it is.
Former "Modern Family" co-stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Mitch) and Julie Bowen (Claire) both found themselves in the emergency room on Thanksgiving with their kids. Both posted on social media, and Jesse added, "Seeing I wasn't the only one with a kid in the ER on Thanksgiving was comforting."
Jennifer Lopez spent Black Friday doing a little shopping at the Hermès store on Rodeo Drive where, according to sources, she bought a limited-edition blue Kelly Hermès crocodile bag priced at approximately $80,000.
