Tom Kelly originally joined Sportsradio WIP in 2009 after interning with the station in the fall. He worked at WIP as a part time in-studio producer while attending Temple University for his Senior year. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism he continued to expand his role at WIP beginning to engineer remote broadcasts as well as producing in-studio.
Tom has now transitioned to join the on air staff at WIP while continuing his duties as one of the stations primary remote engineers. He now can be heard on both WIP and KYW Newsradio as a sports update anchor as well as on WIP as a part time on air host. He also hosts his podcast Trash Talk With TK.
Tom is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, growing up in Hatboro Pennsylvania and attending Upper Moreland High School. He currently resides in Philadelphia where he has lived for the last 6 years.
