Police say those events will impact the downtown and north districts.
There's a Janet Jackson concert Saturday night at the Xfinity Theater.
Also, there's a Hartford Yard Goats baseball baseball game at Dunkin' Park, and the beginning of the two-day Capitol Groove music festival in Bushnell Park.
Sunday afternoon will see another Yard Goats game and day 2 of the music festival.
The Love Your Block gathering near 3200 Main Street is Sunday beginning at noon.
Hartford police are advising visitors to be mindful of an expected uptick in vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
