Hans von Spakovksy had a lot to say about the new memos released regarding Michael Flynn and the FBI.
“The FBI does not have a right to interview you to find a crime,” Spakovsky stressed.
When Comey sent the agents to the White House, he did it when there was no evidence of a violation of the law.

“I think this is one of the worst,” he said. “It shows that our intelligence agencies were using our government for partisan, political reasons.”
