(KFTK) – St Louisans Patricia and Mark McCloskey were featured on night one of the RNC.
"It was quite an honor to be asked to participate in it, the highlight of my life, to date," says Mark McCloskey of the appearance.
McCloskey says he still gets hate mail from people following the incident where he and his wife waived guns from their front yard at protesters who were walking by their home in the Central West End, "but everything else has been very positive."
McCloskey tells Marc that his politics haven't changed since the incident with protesters.
"We're lifelong Republicans," says McCloskey.
