Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey joins the Mark Reardon Show to discuss any updates on his case against St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner following an accident that cost a teenager her leg.
“That case is a tragedy. Mr. Riley should have never been on the streets. And rather than objecting to bond, or arguing for tougher bond, she consented to bond. It’s demonstrated by the transcripts from August of 2022. And so she’s lied about that, so she’s got a real problem there,” shared Attorney General Bailey.
He continued, “We’re gonna stand up and fight for all of the victims of the City of St. Louis because this is a continuous pattern of behavior.”
