Former Georgia Tech quarterback Lucas Johnson is transferring to San Diego State University. Johnson is from San Diego, and starred at Mt. Carmel High School. Johnson appeared in 14 games for the Yellow Jackets, and completed 21 of 37 passes for 187 yards and a touchdown. Lucas Johnson has 2 years of NCAA eligibility remaining to play for Brady Hoke and the Aztecs.
