With the start of the season only 3 days away, the Padres put together a complete team performance tonight with a 8-0 win in Seattle. The offense was everything Friar fans have been expecting after this Spring, combining for 10 hits and 4 home runs. Manny Machado and Franmil Reyes both went 2 for 3, and Manuel Margot had a great night, going deep twice.

Chris Paddack looked outstanding once again with 4 strikeouts in his 2 2/3 innings before being pulled from the game and simultaneously getting the best news any young player could hope to hear:
