Win a trip to Fontainebleau Las Vegas

For the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on-air contest, listen to the Station weekdays beginning on July 6, 2026 at 6:00 am PT through July 31, 2026 at 7:00 pm PT for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, be the designated caller, as announced on the air to 1-833-288-0973 after the cue to call airs will and correctly answer the question (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call), will become a Qualifier and be eligible to win the Grand Prize, upon confirmation of eligibility. There is no prize associated with being at Qualifier. There will be up to sixty (60) Qualifiers selected in the contest. Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be selected on or about Monday, August 3, 2026 in a random Station-conducted drawing of all eligible Qualifiers. No purchase necessary; a purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. The Grand Prize is i) a 2-night stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas (Hotel guest room accommodations for winner and guest, in one (1) double occupancy standard hotel/Bleau King room (location determined by Fontainebleau Las Vegas in its sole discretion), three (3) days and two (2) nights based on availability; blackout dates may apply); and ii) a $150.00 Resort Credit will be applied to charges to your room at Fontainebleau Las Vegas during your stay (excluding taxes, gratuities, LIV Nightclub and LIV Beach). All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to the contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided that such location is reasonably convenient for claimant), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with the procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS (“JAMS Rules and Procedures”) then prevailing, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED.
