The Fair—the biggest and longest-running event in San Diego County—makes its triumphant return from Wednesday, June 10, through Sunday, July 5, 2026 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
This year, Once Upon A Fair invites our Fair fanatics to write a new chapter: one about the narratives that shaped us, the simple pleasures of good books, the power of storytelling, and all the magic found between the lines.

For the San Diego County Fair on-air contest, listen to the Station from May 26, 2026 to May 29, 2026 between 6:00 am PT and 7:00 pm PT for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, be the designated caller, as announced on the air to 1-833-288-0973 after the cue to call airs and correctly answer the question (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call), to be awarded four (4) GA tickets to the San Diego County Fair at Del Mar Fairgrounds June 10-July 5, 2026 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $80.00, courtesy of San Diego County Fair. This contest is open to residents of San Diego County and Riverside County. There will be up to twelve (12) winners. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE.
